- Our Work: All creative materials (e.g., website designs, video productions, app designs) developed by Atharv Media for you remain our intellectual property until full payment is made. Once payment is completed, you gain ownership rights to the final deliverables.
- Third-Party Content: Any third-party content used in the project (e.g., stock images, software, or fonts) remains the property of the third-party provider. We are not responsible for any licensing or copyright issues related to such content.
7. Privacy and Data Security
